Happy Friday friends! It's a happy Friday for me because I have a 4 day weekend! I took today off and have Monday off as Sunday is Canada Day. I plan on crafting, cleaning, gardening, exercising... maybe catching up with friends. Hope you have a fun weekend planned too.
Since I have today off, I thought I would play along with Unity's Friends with Flair (haven't played forever!). I am using what I think is one of my favourite sentiments EVER! Isn't it perfect and oh so true? Entering this in the Unity Monthly Challenge too... the theme is summer. I know everyone else is complaining about the heat but I'm still waiting for summer to come full force. Just need for it to be at least 25 Celsius every day.
This sentiment is especially resonating for me today because a good friend is having breast cancer surgery today. Her life is not very happy right now but she has been so strong and courageous... and kept her sense of humour. She is an inspiration to me and a reminder to be happy and grateful for all that I have.
Hope you have a great day and a great weekend. Thanks for stopping by. I always appreciate it.
Glenda
