Ok, someone has to tell me how it got to be September. I feel like I've only had a few weeks of summer. Oh wait... that's because I've been working almost every day since the middle of June! Hee, hee. No complaints though... I've had an amazing two weeks off of glorious sunshine and great times with my hubby and friends. Heading back soon...
To lament celebrate the arrival of September, I am playing along with Hero Arts September Colour Challenge. Love these colours except for the dark green. I think I've mentioned before how I have trouble with shades of colours - do you? I love red but not pink, light green but not dark green, dark purple but not light purple, bright orange but not peach... weird. There is pale yellow in the centre of the flowers - it's hard to see, but it's there. The two yellows and burgundy for the colour challenge were perfect for the rock n' roll technique.
Hope you are having a fantastic weekend, wherever you are and whoever you are with. Thanks for stopping by.
Glenda

ReplyDeleteLOVE this card. Perfect colors! Hugs,
ReplyDeleteThis one is great, Glenda. I wonder if maybe we've been ruined by horrible, unnatural shades of green. Nothing compares to the real thing.
ReplyDeleteReally like this one Glenda!
