My summer tour of publication rejects continues with this bright and cheerful card. This is unusual for me in that I've put red and pink together. I have a hard enough time with pink, let alone putting it with red. This patterned paper inspired me and I think it works. Another note is that the paper piercing was added after I submitted for publication ... bugs me when I feel brilliant after the fact!

Oh this is so cool. I love the colors. The layered flower is awesome paired with that dp. I can't believe it was rejected...only means they were looking for something specific is all.
