Bold Friday

The sun is shining here this morning... I hope it is where you are too. Celebrating this beautiful Friday morning with a bold & bright, clean & simple card. This is for the Paper Crafts Color Inspiration Challenge #5 - black, white, pink and orange. I'm sure you are shocked to see pink here but I'm sort of ok (maybe, kinda) with bright pink (pale pink is just difficult. period.). Mix it with some orange, black and white and I guess I can manage. What do you think? I'm loving the Sentiment Sampler from Paper Smooches... it's so fun and totally useful. Thanks Kim Hughes for a great set!!!

Happy Friday! Hope you have a great weekend. Happy long weekend to all of my Canadian friends.
Thanks for stopping by. I always appreciate it.
Glenda

  1. I totally agree with you on the pink, Glenda. It's weird, but I find I feel more open to the color if I don't think of it as pink. Salmon, cerise, coral, and carnation sound so much less fussy than pink.

  2. As we've previously discussed, hot pink is getting closer to red - and I know how you feel about red!!

I love the circle chains on this - did you make them?

    Smiling with the sunshine,
    Jo
