I was inspired by Carly to run out and buy something to create the glossy effect on the glasses (I got Diamond Glaze). That, in turn, was the inspiration for this week's challenge. The challenge is to put something clear on your project. Ideas include acetate, clear stickers, clear embossing powder, etc. If you play along, please leave a comment here and link back here on your post. If you upload to an online gallery, please use the keyword GRAC69. Thanks to Karen (first time - welcome!), snw and Kerry for playing along last week.
The layout for this card was inspired by Ashley Cannon Newell's card on page 73 of Card Creations 8. Broke down and bought it yesterday at Lasting Impressions, along with the Diamond Glaze. I was there teaching a Shimmer Couture class. Thanks to Catherine (co-owner), Helen, Judy, Krista and Carol for a fabulous class!
I was playing along with some VSN challenges on SCS yesterday so check out my gallery for some of those creations. Hope to post them here later this week.
