Some challenges

So while Karl was playing with his chainsaw (cutting down a half dead tree in the back yard - how it got to be that way is a long story for some other time), I got to play with stamps, paper and ribbon. I prepped for my February classes and did a few challenges. The first one is for the Splitcoast Stampers Fan Club Sketch for January. I've turned the sketch 90 degrees.... love this colour combo. And I am so pleased with myself... that knot turned out so well!

The second card is for Heather's share your spark Friday (do some sponging) and for Tracy's Sketchy Thursday. Heather's favourite holiday is Halloween so orange is always appropriate for her challenges. Thanks for the fun challenges ladies!

I have a bunch of birthday cards to send out so these two cards will be going out soon.. I'm away for almost 2 weeks starting at the beginning of February (2 different work trips - Florida and Italy).

Check back tomorrow for my challenge...it's all about colour.

Have a great week. Glenda
