spectacular summer

Well, it's not quite summer yet... but it is over at Seize the Birthday! My apologies for the lateness of my post... no excuse that is really acceptable. ;)

This lemony looks bright, cheerful and summery to me so thought I would use it! I default to flowers a lot when it comes to spring & summer so thought I would change it up. Thanks to team mate Colleen for this great theme.

    That little lemon slice on the sentiment just adds the perfect touch to this summery card! Would go well with gin, too, lol.

    Really, that paper looks great! How should I say, it really brings out the 'summer', but one which is 'all relaxed'. And I love how you can take peeks of it through the negative sentiment. Awesome card, Glenda!
