Time to Celebrate!

Happy Thursday crafty friends.  Hope you are having a great week. We are playing with balloons over at Seize the Birthday!  I'm not 100% happy with this but I don't have a lot of balloons in my crafty stash (shocking I know!).  There is some glitter (Wink of Stella) on the balloons and strings but it is hard to see.

    Glenda, this is so pretty the background is awesome with those colors blended and to me it looked like the balloons were white embossed, so they must have lots of shimmer on them!
