Welcome to July crafty friends! It's summer here which means you'll frequently find me outside with some delicious food and cold beverages. So at Seize the Birthday this week, I've chosen food &/or drink for the topping. No surprise that I've "poured" myself a martini for this card. I have so many cocktail stamps and dies so thought I would make use of them. It's a little hard to see but I used an embossing folder on the martini class.
Wanted to extend a warm welcome to our new Surprise Party Guest Karen Letchworth, and our previous winner Julia Aston. Be sure to see the rest of the delicious and refreshing creations over at the blog. Hope you can play along with us - using the topping isn't mandatory but we love it when you do.
Always so grateful for the comments. Thanks so much for stopping by.
Have a terrific day and a wonderful upcoming weekend.
Take care,
Glenda

Oh yeah! You and I were thinking along the same lines for this fun challenge. Mine would be a Grey Goose Martini. How about yours?
ReplyDeleteGlenda, you and Barb were on the same wavelength. Although, I am more interested in the green olive. Lol... Adorable card.
ReplyDeleteNothing says birthday to me than a cocktail or two. Love your CAS design. Great job!
ReplyDeleteGreat birthday card Glenda, count me in for the cocktails! Love the shimmery looking background in your CAS design, Cathy x
ReplyDeleteTitos for me! (I'm a vodka person more than a gin lover.) The background is very fun. I am going to need a couple of these very soon. LOL
ReplyDeleteFab card, I can just see the swirls on the glass. I'm also a big fan of cocktails and cocktail cards.
ReplyDeleteYour card looks so sophisticated! Beautiful design!
ReplyDeleteIs one glass enough, though?? Ha ha! I love the martini glass, and also your fun background. Great card, Glenda!
