Seize the pink birthday

Happy Thursday and welcome to another Seize the Birthday challenge!

Today, we are celebrating!  Our DT member Jenny gave birth to twin girls recently and we have designed a special challenge this week.  The challenge is to use pink and use two of something.  Pink is always a challenge for me so I stuck pretty CAS.

I have 2 ribbons and 2 staples… ;)  Believe it or not, that background paper looked pink when I was making the card but turned out pretty red in the photo.  Oh, tricks of the light.

A big congrats to Jenny and her husband!  Hope you can celebrate with us and play along this week.  All the details are on the blog.
Thanks so much for stopping by.

  1. Great CAS card! I love the ribbon and the staples!

  2. Very cool design, Glenda! I don't get why sometimes the colors turn out differently on my photos, even under the same conditions and using the same camera?! I am envisioning that awesome paper in pink for Jenny!! Hugs, Darnell

  3. I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt that this is really in pink, even though you're a fellow red-lover. ;) Terrific CAS design!

  4. Fabulous CAS Glenda, I love the sentiment.

  5. Sweet birthday card. Love the 2 ribbons and 2 staples. Very nice.

  6. Despite not liking pink..your card looks great! Have a great weekend!

  7. So proud of you for using pink and for using it so well ;)

  8. I love how CAS your card is! Nice touch with the double ribbon too.
