Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge - Cool Shades

Happy Monday and welcome to the Paper Smooches Sparks Cool Shades Challenge this week.  I must confess, these colour challenges are always tough for me.  I consider myself pretty good with colours but these combinations seem to always present issues for me.

Ok, pink again... so I've kept it to a minimum, as usual.  That said, it wasn't difficult to put pink, green and brown together and then throw in a bit of yellow.  I don't have anything that shade of brown so went a bit darker.  I used one of Kim's Designer Drafts for my sketch.  Pulled out this funky flower from Friendly Flowers and the sentiment from my 'go to' sentiment set, Sentiment Sampler. I used this for my best friend's daughter's recent birthday.

Be sure to check out what the rest of the team has in store for you!

You have until next Sunday September 23rd to play along.  Check out the Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge blog for all the details.  Can't wait to see what you come up with!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great week.
Glenda

  7. There's something about this card that makes me smile. Perhaps the big bloom or the cheery colors?
