It's Designer Drafts Week (a.k.a sketches) over at the Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge. There are two teams and this is my 'week off' but wanted to play along anyway. I love sketches (because I'm terrible at coming up with my own). So here is the sketch:
Here's what I came up with:
You may have noticed my washi tape addiction lately so decided to go CAS with some washi tape for this sketch. This perfect sentiment is from Word Salad. I used my Copics to colour the clear gems, so I could match the tape.
Be sure to check to this week's team for some fabulous creations!
The challenge runs until May 20th so I hope you can play along! All the details are on the Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge blog.
Thanks for stopping by! I always appreciate it. Have a great week.
Glenda

ReplyDeleteAwesome card, Glenda! I love your washi tapes! I'm scared of them for some reason. I bought a bunch but have never used them, but I dunno why!!! Anyway, love your card! Thanks for playing along!
ReplyDeleteOoooo...love the washi, Glenda. I think I have the purple and green/white one, too (which pretty much means we both have a washi addiction). I really like the CAS design--you're so good at it!
ReplyDeleteLove the washi tape and CAS interpretation of this cool sketch. Will try my hand with something tonight. Hope I can keep it as simple and striking.
ReplyDeleteWoot! Rockin' the washi girl friend! :)
ReplyDeleteYou are the washi tape queen! Love it!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!! I love what you did with the washi tape. I don't have any yet, I've been trying not to!!
ReplyDeleteI love the matching little rhinestones. :)
OHHHHHH! I LOVE how you used the lines as the colors--FAB take on this sketch:)
