Life's simple pleasures

We all need to remember life's little pleasures when life seems chaotic.  I'm back in job hunting mode again so feeling a little stressed.  My little pleasure is definitely my crafting so have been immersing myself in it (when I'm not job hunting of course!).

This is for the Hero Arts Contest this month.  It's one of the sketches (see below).  Be sure to check out the contest and create to win (be sure to upload to Hero Arts Flickr Gallery)! I was inspired by the colours and pattern in this newly acquired Times & Seasons paper from Echo Park.

Thanks for stopping by.  Check back tomorrow, I've got a week of fun lined up... be sure to stop by to win!

  2. Hi Glenda! I love the colours you used - they are autumnal somehow without screaming about it! Love the little zigzag border, too.

  6. Great take on the sketch! I love the colors--so pretty for fall. Love that stamp, too (Yesterday, I used a Print Candee stamp that looks almost identical--hee hee). How's the job search going?

  7. Wow - this doesn't look like a Glenda card to me. But I shouldn't be surprised - it's still gorgeous!
