Taking flight... and a bunch of geo flowers

Hope you are having a wonderful weekend. Wanted to quickly post this card for the Moxie Fab World: In my Beautiful Balloon challenge. I sure hope Cath thinks my balloon is beautiful! What you may not be able to see on this is the Diamond Glaze on the lighter sections of the balloon. Might have to take this photo again when I have a bit more light. I can't complain though, it's 6 pm here and still light out. LOVE that!


As a post script to my adventures in geometric flowers last week, I whipped up a bunch this weekend. A friend of mine wanted some to send to her friends and family in Japan so I decided to use up some scraps and make some multicoloured ones in different designs. These flowers are a great way to use up scraps!
