Happy Monday all. I'm hoping you are lucky enough to have this Labour Day off of work and you've had a fabulous long weekend. Hubby and I have been busy with a home project but I did manage to get some craftiness done this weekend - including the Art of Text (which I love) and Simply Inspired.
The challenge today is to do some heat embossing on your card or project. When I started stamping, I always embossed. Then I got away from it for several years. I have started back again (just once in a while) and recently submitted this one for Paper Crafts Magazine Stamp It! submission call.... but alas, it didn't get picked. Thought I would put it to good use and use it as a challenge card. What do you think? If you play along, please leave a comment here and a link back here from your post. If you upload to an online gallery, such as Splitcoast Stampers or Paper Craft Planet, please use the keyword GRAC81. A big thank you to MommyScraps, Kerry, Sarah and Katie for playing along with the back to school challenge last week.
Keep checking back this week as I have a secret I been keeping which I finally get to share!

I'm another advocate of submitting. I've been lucky to have a couple picked up, but I've submitted more than a few that weren't. One of these times you'll have just the thing they're looking for!
ReplyDeleteFun challenge. I haven't done any heat embossing in quite a while, so it was nice to break out the tools and do it.

Embossing... can I do that to my homework? LOL
ReplyDeleteFun card Miss Glenda. If I had a magazine I'd fill it with your work!
Stunning card Glenda! Good luck and I'll sure keep my fingers crossed for you. Another wicked awesome challenge. Here is my card. Have a great weekend!
