It's September and the sun is shining

The sun always makes me happy... which is good cause I was in a 'mood' yesterday. Also, my crafty girls came over last night and that always cheers me up too. I got one card finished in 2.5 hours (having issues making paper flowers) but had some good laughs so that is what's really important.

I realized I needed a masculine birthday card today so whipped this up this morning before I head out to paint. This is for Sketch Challenge 296 at SCS and for the Curtain Call Color Challenge Act 45. This is my first time playing along with this challenge. I follow Julie Smith's blog and she has been on the DT recently. Thanks to Julie for introducing me to this challenge!

Hard to believe it's September....
