

Another couple of recipes I tried out recently during my period of not-so-blissful domesticity - Jalapeno Jack Cheese Soup (oh my, SO yummy) and Grilled Chicken Breast with Garlic-Laced Brown Mushrooms (quick, easy and tasty - and perfect for when my mushroom loathing hubby is out of town).
