Cherion guessed it - way to go Cheiron! I am in Iceland.... geologist heaven! Mid-Atlantic ridge, geysers, volcanoes, lava... and some waterfalls thrown in for good measure. Had a great time doing the Golden Circle tour on Sunday and I have just finished two days of teaching (day-job stuff of course - not A Muse stuff - but wouldn't that be cool to teach an A Muse class in Iceland). I am off to another country tomorrow to go to a conference (have to get up at 4 a.m. - ugh)
So where to next? .... Jill and Pauline know already so hope you two can keep a secret! Of course, no photo clues this time. I'll make it easy this time...this kingdom is one of the countries where the Vikings came from and it is home to famous fjords. One of these fjords is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
I'm home on the weekend. Hope you are having a great week....I'll be back with a card challenge on Monday.
Take care.... Glenda
p.s. Remember to sign up for one of my May classes (info on the right)
This is so not fair... and here I am stuck in a classroom! With 7th graders who are getting progressively more and more goofy.... grrrrr.... wanna switch jobs for a little while? :)
ReplyDeleteAlthough, you will be delighted to know that today my goal was to "torture them with evidence" so they would understand how scientists build theories... we tackled continental drift. I threw the vine-matthews model at them, bwahahaha!
Wow, it must be so exciting to travel the world! I would be afraid to blink, I may miss something! Are you in Norway? Or somewhere in Scandinavia? Enjoy and safe travels!
ReplyDeleteHey, if you run into my old friend Siggi, tell him I said, 'Hi!'
