Christmas supplies?!

It's our last challenge of the 2025 at Seize the Birthday and Ashwini has challenged us to use Christmas supplies. It's a doozy for me! My creative brain only wants to use Christmas supplies for Christmas cards - lol. So I had to make it easy on myself - sorry Ashwini! I grabbed a Christmas stencil that is easily used for other occasions and made a CAS, single layer card.

Hope you can join us! Please check out the blog to see what fabulous creations the design team, our Surprise Party Guest Johanna, and previous winner Liz, have come up with!

Always so grateful for the comments.  Thanks so much for stopping by.
Have a terrific day and a wonderful upcoming weekend. It's been a fun year and I look forward to what we create for Seize the Birthday in 2026!
Take care,
Glenda

A different type of creature...

Happy Thursday and welcome to another Seize the Birthday challenge.  Hope all is well in your world.  :)  The option this week for the challenge is 'animals'. I know this isn't a traditional animal but sea stars are pretty awesome creatures. They can regenerate limbs!  For more on these amazing creatures, check out this link. I know the common name is starfish (as labelled below in the image) but because I'm a science nerd, I'm using the more technically correct term of sea star (cause they aren't fish - LOL!).

I know you all have some sort of animal stamps/images in your stash so can't wait to see what you come up with.  All the details on how to play along, along with the fabulous cards by the rest of the team, can be found on the blog.

Just for fun, thought I would add a picture I took last year of one of our local west coast sea stars, Pisaster ochraceus.

Have a terrific day and a wonderful weekend.
Thanks for stopping by,
Glenda
