yellow + black

Hey crafty friends and happy official summer to those in the northern hemisphere! Just a quick hello to go along with this yellow and black card for Color Hues #135.  Went clean, simple and bold for this one. I always want to be bold when I put black and yellow together - lol.  I really like tone on tone but it's not always easy to see in photos.

Thanks to the fabulous Carol for this wonderful challenge and thanks to you for stopping by!
Have a great day,
Glenda

  1. In the photo it may be hard to discern the leaves and stem, but I bet IRL the entire flower looks amazing, Glenda! I do love your bold design and someone's day will be brightened by it. Thanks so much for playing along with us at Color Hues!

  2. So pretty, Glenda! Love the bold contrast and the rounded corners. Like Stef, said...I bet this is much easier to see in real life. Thanks for taking the time to join us at Color Hues for our Yellow and Black challenge. Take care.
