Welcome to 2025 crafty friends! Hope everyone had a peaceful and relaxing holiday season.
With our first Seize the Birthday of the year, we say goodbye to long time team member Colleen (we'll miss you!) ! I missed saying goodbye in November - some unexpected events kept me from getting my last post up (nothing too serious - some travel plan disruptions - everything worked out. We welcome our new Surprise Party Guest - Amanda Mertz! So glad to have you join us.
Cathy's challenge for us it to use something new. I've had this martini set from Spellbinders for a few months but this is only the second time I've used it (*gasp*!). The sentiment is also new and also from Spellbinders.
I never tire of this die set and it is going to be one that I know you will reach for a lot. Love the black and white with a pop of red. Classic and timeless.
ReplyDeleteWell, this is one die that I really should have! It makes for a grand birthday card for both male and female. I love the background too.
ReplyDeleteCute card with your new die. Black & white are always great together. The pop of red in the sentiment and pick is nice.
ReplyDeleteHow fun is this martini glass! What a great card
ReplyDeleteOoh, cocktails! 🍸 I love how the glass looks frosty. May have to invest in this set!
ReplyDeleteGlenda, the black & white are so dramatic looking. And then the little pop of red really adds to it. Awesome card. Happy New Year.
ReplyDeleteGreat card Glenda, love the maths folder embossing - goes so well with the cocktail stick. Love the pops of red too, Cathy x
ReplyDeleteYou had me at martini!!! The background looks like stirrers...wonderful choice!
ReplyDeleteLove the neat and clean look and the matching stirrer and the embossing. Great card, Glenda!
