hot pink & lime

Happy crafty Thursday friends! For Seize the Birthday this week, Shirley has chosen the colour combo hot pink & lime.  If you visit here often you know that my relationship with pink is a little tenuous - lol.  However, I love green and do like pink and green together.  I picked up these cone flower dies recently (thanks to seeing how well Nancy uses it!). Tried to keep this pretty CAS - brushed some Distress Oxide on to the pink card stock to give it a little more depth. The leaves are Distress Oxide ink on white card stock.

Be sure to pop over to the blog to check the rest of the bold creations and give some love to our Surprise Party Guest Stephanie and previous winner Karen.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you have a terrific day.
Glenda

  6. The coneflower really pops wonderfully off the lime green card. Pink is far better than purple my friend. *wink*
