How did it get to be May? That is a rhetorical question of course but it feels like this year has been flying by! Still not very warm here.... getting a little impatient. LOL.
It's our first Seize the Birthday challenge in May and that means we have a new Surprise Party, the fabulous Lorraine Aquilina (of Simon Says Stamp Design Team fame). Welcome Lorraine! Shirley has picked our challenge theme for this week and it is stitching (real or faux). I chose real as I always need an excuse to use my sewing machine (which it very close to my craft table). Pretty CAS as if often the case with me.
Yeah! Some real stitching on the CAS card. You pulled it off again and I wish I could make a simple card with pazzas like this one.
ReplyDeleteYay, Someone used real stitching! As Barb mentioned, CAS is not my thing, but it's evident it's yours! Awesome card! Hope the temps are starting to improve!
ReplyDeleteGotta love real stitching on cards! This is awesome
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking one for the team! I love the look but my machine isn't very cooperative lately. Wonderful CAS card Glenda!
ReplyDeleteLOVE this Glenda! the CAS design is perfect! the stamping and zig zag stitching are fabulous! Very clever! :-)
ReplyDeleteSorry it took me a while to pop by, I have been on vacation and just returned home :-) Thanks so much for welcoming me to the party! :-)

I'm too scared to use my very old machine stitching card stock, especially when I have curtains waiting to be hemmed up lol! Yours looks fabulous though, beautifully CAS, Cathy x
ReplyDeleteOh, wow! I was sure it was a stamp! Gorgeous CAS design.
ReplyDeleteSweet touches of stitching! Looks just perfect with the rest of the abstract theme on the card. Awesome card, Glenda!!
