elegant embossing

Happy Thursday crafty friends. I'm happily posting on time this week! At Seize the Birthday this week we are all about embossing (of any kind) thanks to Barbara.  I decided to use some embossing powder and do some watercolouring with some Distress Oxide ink.

Be sure to pop on over to the blog to check out the elegant creations from the design team and our Surprise Party Guest, Vicky Hayes!

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend.

  1. This looks amazing! I love the colours and how the purple brings the three jellyfish to the foreground. And since I just happen to have this stamp too... I may have to CASE this! ;)

  4. I love this embossing technique and your card is amazing with the sea of jelly fish. Love that you singled out just a few and made them purple. Smashing card.

  9. What a neat card! I thought the three jely fish were actually separately cut until I looked closer - they were part of the rest of the background! Love how that purple brought about that illusion! :)
