spring into spring

Happy spring northern hemisphere friends!  I think it *might* have finally arrived here but I'm not holding my breath... we often say "wait 5 minutes and the weather will change." ;)

Spring is our theme over at Seize the Birthday.... hope you can join us.  This card was inspired by one I saw at my *almost* local store Crafty Capers. There is some Wink of Stella on the heart but it's tough to se.

The super talented Tenia Nelson join us as our Surprise Party Guest for the next couple of months.  Be sure to give her and the rest of the DT some crafty love over at the blog.  You'll find all the rules & regs there as well.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for the comments! Have a great weekend.

  1. You and I... resisting the floral theme, yay us! :D Deciduous trees leafing is certainly a spring thing, nicely done!

  2. Isn't this such a sweet card! Love the negative die cut of the tree - I can just imaging one lush, green, gigantic tree just flourishing under the spring weather!

  3. Love the die cut you used for your pretty spring card.

  4. We should remember that trees are also blooming in Spring. Thanks for the reminder and this wonderful card.

  5. Love this diecut tree, the pop of the white heart is so striking, Cathy x

  6. I know I am late but wanted to tell you I love this card! Plus you used my favorite shade of green! Hope you are well my friend!

  7. The tree die is so lovely with the hearts! Great choice for the Topping!
