Hope you are having a terrific Thursday so far! Spring is in full swing here and I am loving the sunshine and warmth... had a gloriously relaxing long weekend this past weekend. Needed to destress for a few days... back at it soon enough.
Time for another Seize the Birthday challenge and it is a 'free' week (no topping/option). I've been using the tag topper punch from Stampin' Up a lot lately - it's really fun. :) I also must confess that I made this card quite a while ago and have no idea where that piece of distressed blue paper came from (oops!).
