Jewelled Birthday

Happy Saturday! Hope you are doing well and had a great week! I'm celebrating my craft room being clean for an entire week... and yes, I have been crafting this week. Hee, hee.

Whipped this up yesterday. It's for the Moxie Fab World Jewel Tones Challenge and for the Birthday Card Blog Spotting on Create. Thanks to Cath and Hannah for the challenges!

The layout was inspired my friend Alli's card on page 80 of A Card a Day.

Wanted to share this quote with you...saw it posted on Gina K's facebook status a while ago.

"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I'll try again tomorrow." ~ Mary Anne Radmacher

I try to remember it when I'm getting frustrated about my job situation, or should I say "lack of a job" situation (the one year mark is coming up at the end of this month). Some people very close to me are going through some life challenges right now and I'm thinking of them when I post this.

Have a great weekend. Thanks for stopping by. I always appreciate. Hope you can stop by on Monday for my 100th challenge and a big surprise!

Glenda
